Valley Greens is the first state-licensed cannabis dispensary approved in downtown Peekskill, establishing a precedent for cannabis retail integration within the city’s historic commercial corridor. The project transforms an existing Main Street storefront into a bright, approachable retail environment defined by a clean layout, cohesive branding, and an inviting customer experience that aligns with the area’s evolving downtown culture. Mandra Workshop led the architectural design, permitting, and regulatory coordination from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with New York State cannabis licensing requirements. Interior design was developed in collaboration with SevenPoints Interiors, helping shape the project’s distinctive retail identity.
